Emergency Notifications
UPennAlerts initiated within the previous 24 hours are listed below.
As part of a systems improvement effort, the University is changing its mass notification system provider.
On Wednesday, August 6th at approximately 12 p.m., the Division of Public Safety will conduct a test of the new UPennAlert Emergency Notification System. After this test, UPennAlert messages will be distributed through this new system.
A UPennAlert message will be sent by email and SMS text message to all registered members of the UPennAlert Emergency Notification System, with a notification that the message is only a test. When you receive the message on your registered device(s), you do not have to respond or take any additional action.
