Penn Relays Are Here!
The Following is a Traffic & Transit Advisory from Penn Public Safety
The Penn Relays will be held from April 24th to April 26th at Franklin Field (200 South 33rd Street) and surrounding areas.

On Tuesday, April 22, from 4:30pm – 10:00pm will be the CYO Relays
Expect congestion in the area of 200 S. 33rd Street
during your evening commute.
The Penn Relays will be held
Thursday, April 24, Friday, April 25, and Saturday, April 26,
from 7am to 7pm.
Expect heavy traffic volume and delays around Franklin Field (233 South 33rd Street) and the immediate surrounding area all day.
Street Closures: Expect intermittent closures on 33rd Street from South Street to Walnut Street on Thursday, April 24, Friday, April 25, and Saturday, April 26.
Penn Police and Philadelphia Police along with security partners will be assisting with traffic.
Traffic & transit use will be heavy throughout the area on these dates.
Expect delays and seek alternate routes when available.
